- How to turn on Dropr in your store
One switch puts recommendations on your product pages and in your cart drawer. Dropr opens Shopify's theme editor with the switch already on, so you only click Save.
- Dropr isn't showing on my store
If your recommendations don't show, or disappeared after a theme change, check these in order. Most of the time the fix is to turn Dropr on in your published theme and click Save.

Dropr matches your store's colors and fonts on install. To change the style, button, heading or number of products, edit your product page recommendations in Dropr and click Save.

Dropr's Performance page shows the sales, views and adds to cart from each placement for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The numbers count what shoppers did after seeing your recommendations.

Free includes up to 1,000 recommendation views each calendar month. Starter is $19 every 30 days with unlimited views and a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
- How to uninstall Dropr cleanly
Uninstall Dropr from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify removes Dropr's blocks from your theme and stops the Starter charges that come after, and no code stays in your theme files.
Troubleshooting
When recommendations don't show.
- Dropr isn't showing on my store
If your recommendations don't show, or disappeared after a theme change, check these in order. Most of the time the fix is to turn Dropr on in your published theme and click Save.
- Does Dropr work on a password-protected store?
Yes. You can install Dropr, turn it on and see it while your store has a password. Visitors without the password see only the password page, so they don't see Dropr until you open your store.
