How to reach us

Email support@heydropr.com with your store domain (yourstore.myshopify.com) and the product page where you saw the issue. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

To help us fix things faster, include the product URL, the widget name, what you expected to see, and a screenshot when placement looks different from the editor.

The widget isn't showing on my product page

Make sure the Dropr app block is added and saved in your theme. Open your theme in the Shopify Theme Editor, add the Dropr block to a product template, and click Save. If it still doesn't appear, email us the product URL and we'll check it within one business day.

How do I change which products get recommended?

Dropr picks add-ons automatically using your product catalog. You can adjust the headline, layout, and styling from the Dropr admin, and override specific recommendations from the Recommendations screen.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Billing runs entirely through Shopify on a flat monthly plan with a 14-day free trial — no percentage of your revenue. To cancel, uninstall Dropr from your Shopify admin and Shopify stops billing at the end of the cycle.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Removing Dropr stops all storefront requests immediately. We delete your store's data within 30 days of uninstall, in line with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's data-protection requirements.

Does Dropr access my customers' personal information?

No. Dropr works from your product catalog and anonymous widget performance events (impressions, clicks, conversions). We do not collect or store your shoppers' names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of data we use.
