How to uninstall Dropr cleanly
Uninstall Dropr from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify removes Dropr's blocks from your theme and stops the Starter charges that come after, and no code stays in your theme files.

What happens when you uninstall
- Recommendations stop showing on your store. Shopify removes Dropr's blocks and the Dropr switch from your theme.
- Your theme files stay as they were. Dropr never edits theme code, so there's nothing to clean up by hand.
- On checkout, thank you and order status pages, Dropr's block shows nothing once Dropr is uninstalled. You can delete the empty block in the checkout and accounts editor.
- If you're on Starter, Shopify stops the charges that come after. Shopify may still bill the current 30-day cycle.
- When you uninstall, Dropr deletes your products, recommendations and view counts from its servers. It deletes the rest of your store's data within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.

Uninstall Dropr
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
The next step removes Dropr from your store. If you reinstall later, you set it up again from the start: turn it on and add your placements.
- Next to Dropr, click ... > Uninstall.
- Optional: Pick a reason in Reason for uninstalling.
- Click Uninstall.
Check it worked
Dropr no longer shows under Settings > Apps. Open a product page on your store: the recommendations are gone.
If it doesn't work
If Dropr is still listed under Settings > Apps, uninstall it again from there. If recommendations still show on your store after that, reload the page. If they're still there, email support@heydropr.com with your store's .myshopify.com address.
Refunds
Starter has a 14-day free trial, so you aren't charged if you stop during it. There's no automatic refund for the rest of a billing period. If you change your mind after a charge, email support@heydropr.com and ask for a refund.
